Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, with every feature unlocked and no credit card required. You only choose a plan when the trial ends.

Do I need a GST registration to use LensVerge?

No. If your shop is not GST-registered, switch GST mode off in Settings and LensVerge issues a Bill of Supply instead of a Tax Invoice — no CGST/SGST rows, no HSN column, no GSTIN. Nothing GST-related is shown to a non-GST shop.

What happens if I go past 100 invoices on the Starter plan?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Unused invoices carry forward with no expiry, and you can add a top-up pack from ₹99 for 25 more invoices. If you are regularly past the limit, Growth gives you unlimited invoices for ₹1999/month.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

20%. Starter drops from ₹499 to ₹399/month, Growth from ₹1999 to ₹1599, and Pro from ₹3999 to ₹3199 — billed once for the year.

Do you offer a discount through partners or referrals?

Yes. If you sign up through a LensVerge partner or a referral from another shop, 20% comes off your first payment, and it stacks on top of the yearly discount. The code applies automatically at checkout when you arrive through a partner link.

Does it work when the internet goes down?

Yes. Billing keeps working offline — invoices are saved on the device and upload automatically once you are back online, so a power cut or a dead broadband line does not stop the counter.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking, through Razorpay. Payment links are hosted by Razorpay, so your card details never touch LensVerge.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

There is no lock-in — you can stop at any time and keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy.

Can my staff have their own logins?

Yes, with roles. A cashier can bill but not see reports, an optometrist can record prescriptions, and only the owner can reach reports, settings and billing. Growth includes up to 5 staff users and Pro is unlimited.

Is my shop data isolated from other shops?

Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your shop, so queries can only ever return your own data. You can also export a full backup of your shop at any time from Settings.
